Early adopter participation is via a crowded dash that can be accessed through Minerva.com. 60,000,000 out of about 100,000,000 of the total of OWL raw tokens will be distributed in two lots. Personal presale followed by crowds. 40.000.000 Minerva is excluded from the amount described under "OWL RESERVE".
